You are invited to join Visual Aid and Varnish Fine Art for a joyous holiday celebration. Meet and mingle with San Francisco artists, digerati and society in a gallery showcasing pop surrealist paintings by Isabel Samaras.
6-7pm VIP Reception: features signature cocktails and and fabulous passed hors d'oeuvres from French Laundry alumnus Adam Sanchez. Artist Isabel Samaras will give a special walk through tour of her solo show Making a Better Yesterday Today.
7-9pm Cocktail Party: features plentiful cocktails, beer and wine, with savory nibbles followed by an array of addictive desserts.
The evening will celebrate the phenomenal work of Visual Aid, and its positive impact in the lives of artists living with illness!
A fabulous silent auction will feature affordable luxury items including tatoo time with Mike Davis, spa treatments from Bella Pelle, Barber Lounge, Kabuki Spa, Joseph Cozza Salon, Marilyn Jaeger and Fresh, travel packages from Galleria Park Hotel, Joie de Vivre, Hotel Rex, Hotel Ivy and Hotel Vitale; fashion from Love and Luxe, Endless Ammo, Chloe Rose Designs, Gallery of Jewels and Ambiance; wining and dining from Bisou Bistro, Taverna Aventine, Harry Denton's Starlight Room, Eureka Restaurant and Lounge, JC Cellars and The Winery SF, culture from Magic Theatre, Frameline, YBCA and Last Gasp.
Jen Rogers and Kerri Stephens believe that Art makes the world a better place. Since founding Varnish Fine Art in 2003, the gallery has become known for showing provocative contemporary artwork. Varnish is a lively and vital part of the Yerba Buena Arts District in downtown San Francisco.
Tickets will be available at the door. Dress code? Wear whatever makes you feel fabulous, from cowboy boots to stilettos. Parking options include on-street parking and nearby parking lots.
